After clearing immigration and collecting luggage, the group picked up their vehicle with Enterprise for an effortless self-drive start to the itinerary. From Tampa, it was an easy one-hour, 40-minute drive south to Punta Gorda / Englewood Beach, introducing guests to the relaxed pace and open landscapes that define this lesser-known side of the Sunshine State.
On arrival at the impressive Sunseeker Resort Florida Gulf Coast, Curio by Hilton, the group were warmly welcomed by the resort team with goodie bags and a friendly check-in experience. From there, the group headed to Manasota Key Resort for a full site inspection. The group travelled 40 minutes to Babcock Ranch, where a 90-minute guided eco-tour offered an up-close look at Florida’s natural heart.
