Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. THE PROMOTER
    1. The Competition is operated by Inspire My Holiday Trade Hub Ltd (“Promoter”) at 20-22 Wenlock Road, Hoxton, London N1 7GU
    2. The Prizes will be provided by the Inspire My Holiday Trade Hub Ltd (“Promoter”)
    3. THE COMPETITION
      1. Only entrants fulfilling the requirements in section 6.1 will be entered into the Competition (“COMPETITION”)
      2. Winner will be awarded with the Prize
      3. The Prize will be sent to the winner’s email address at which point the Prize will be considered as delivered
      4. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other social network
      5. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Amazon
  2. THE PRIZE
    1. There will be three prizes of Amazon shopping vouchers and the value of each prize will be announced shortly after 19th August 2025
    2. Full terms and conditions of the shopping voucher will sent to each prize winner
    3. Prize details and how to use your prize will be sent to the winner via email
    4. The prize will be won by three winners (1st, 2nd and 3rd places in the Inspire My Holiday Trade Hub Fantasy Football league)
    5. The total prize pot will distributed between the three winners on the following basis 1st = 50%, 2nd = 30% and 3rd = 20%
    6. The Prize excludes all additional costs not included in the Prize description
    7. The Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered
    8. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value without notice
  3. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
    1. The Inspire My Holiday Trade Hub Fantasy Football league runs from the 15th August 2025 (the “Opening Date”) until the end of the Premier League season (the “Closing Date”) inclusive (the “Competition Period”)
    2. No entries received after these times will be accepted without the completion of a pre-registration form
    3. To enter the Competition, participants must complete the Pre-registration Entry form at https://www.inspiremyholidaytradehub.com/competition-sign-up/ before the Prize Draw Period
    4. By entering the Prize Draw, winners will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and Privacy Policy
  4. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
    1. The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years who are currently working for a travel brand
    2. Entries who are deemed not to be working within the travel industry and residing in the United Kingdom will be removed from the Inspire My Holiday Trade Hub Fantasy Football league
    3. For the avoidance of doubt, the Competition is not open to (a) employees of the Promoter and members of their immediate family
    4. Entry to the Competition is limited to one entry per person
    5. Winners must be eligible to claim the prize that they may win
    6. The Promoter may require the entrants to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the Prize Draw
    7. The Promoter will not accept entries that are automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties or in bulk, illegible or incomplete
    8. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed
    9. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify the entrant if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition, or the winner fails to prove their eligibility, or disqualify ineligible entries, and to award the Prize to another winner should a winning winner be found to be ineligible
  5. AWARDING AND CLAIMING THE PRIZE
    1. The winners will be awarded as per the Inspire My Holiday Trade Hub Fantasy Football League standings from all eligible entries and will be notified via email within two weeks of the Premier League ending
    2. In the event of two or more entrants are tied on a winning place, the allocated prize amount will be shared equally among the winners
    3. All other entries may be notified via email that they did not win and may contain commercial messages and offers
    4. The winners are required to claim the Prize directly with Amazon in accordance with the instructions given in the email notification they receives from Promoter
    5. It is the winner’s responsibility to redeem the shopping voucher Prize directly with the provider
  6. LIABILITY
    1. No responsibility can be accepted by Promoter for any incomplete or illegible entries or any entries not received or corrupted during transmission, for whatever reason
    2. Promoter shall have no liability for system failures on Promoter website or any third party websites
    3. Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained, whether arising from any winner’s negligence, in connection with the Competition and/or Prize

  9. FINAL PROVISION
    1. The Competition is governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes
    2. Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Competition and no correspondence will be entered into
    3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative Prize of equal value without notice
